Title: Field to the OGS Library
Location: OGS Library Bellville, Ohio
Description: Field Trip to the new O.G.S. Library – This year we will be taking a field trip to the newly opened O.G.S. Library in Bellville, Ohio near Mansfield. We will be touring the library and will also have time for research so don’t forget to bring your family trees with you and also check out the OGS Library Catalog to see what they have to offer. Details are as follows:

9:00 a.m. We will be meeting at the overflow parking lot of the Trinity United Church of Christ for anyone wishing to car pool or caravan to the library.  This is the parking lot between Blackburn and Fulton Roads that is beside the church where we have our monthly meetings.  If you wish to carpool with someone you know it would be good to arrange that ahead of time to save time but it is not necessary.  Also if you wish to drive to the library seperately from the group that is ok just make sure to get there by the time we start the library tour.

10:30 a.m.  We will begin our introductory tour of the library.  This should last about 30 to 45 minutes and give a good overview of whats there.

11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  This is time where you can begin your research or explore the library.

12:30 p.m. This is the time that I have reserved at the Dutch Heritage Restaurant that is right up the road.  It is a amish homestyle restaurant where we will have lunch.

After lunch you are free to go back to the library for as long as you wish. You are welcome there for the rest of the day or you may leave directly from the restaurant the choice is yours.

There is no charge for entrance to the library for the group and they have wireless internet so please bring your research laptop with you.

Please use the links below for more information on the library and I hope to see you all there.  Thanks.
