Thursday, May 16 – Richard Haldi: German- Speaking Stark County.  Learn of Stark County’s extensive “German” background.

Thursday, June 20  - Field Trip to McKinley Museum to hear Mark Holland's Inverted Intersections II.  Meet at the McKinley Museum at 6 pm.

Saturday, July 20– Picnic – Simpson United Methodist Church Pavilion, 4900 Middlebranch Ave NE, Canton We will eat at 1 pm then tour the sanctuary to learn about the church history in Stark County and see the many stain glass windows.  Bring a covered dish and favorite dessert to share.  Paper products, silverware and water will be supplied.

Thursday, September 19 – Richard Haldi: Canton’s “Little Chicago” Era.  It’s a great Canton story from an era of rampant crime and a nationally famous red-light district, when Canton was ‘honored’ with the title of being a ‘Little Chicago.’
